Kindred Cleaning LLC Terms of Service

By booking services with Kindred Cleaning LLC (“Company”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:
Services The Company will perform cleaning services at your service address according to the agreed scope of work. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, or other specified services.
Access You agree to provide property access at the scheduled time. If you will not be present, you must provide a functioning key, lockbox code, garage code, or other entry method in advance. The Company is not liable for lost or stolen items when the Customer is not present during service. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.
Keys & Entry Codes If you provide a key or entry code, you authorize the Company and its representatives to enter the property for the purpose of performing scheduled services. The Company will take reasonable care of keys and codes but is not liable for lockouts, lock changes, or security concerns resulting from lost keys or compromised codes. You are responsible for changing codes or locks if you have security concerns after service ends.
Pets Please secure all pets in a safe area before our arrival. While we love animals, unsecured pets may delay service, cause safety concerns, or result in accidental escape. The Company is not liable for pet injuries, escapes, or damage caused by pets during service.
Parking The Customer agrees to provide reasonable parking access or reimburse the Company for parking fees, permits, or tickets incurred while performing services at the property.
Payment Full payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment may be made via credit/debit card, cash, or another approved method. Payment is not contingent upon subjective satisfaction. No refunds are offered for completed work.
24-Hour Fix-Up Policy Unsatisfied with something within the agreed scope? Contact us within 24 hours at support@kindredcleanings.com and we’ll return to re-clean at no charge. Fix-ups must be scheduled within 3 business days and are limited to the original scope of work. Fix-ups do not include new or additional requests beyond the original service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Liability The Company is not liable for damage resulting from:
- Pre-existing conditions, defects, or improper installations
- Normal wear and tear
- Items not removed from cleaning areas
- Fragile, valuable, or sentimental items not secured prior to service
- Surfaces damaged by previous cleaning products or methods
Please notify us of any delicate surfaces, loose fixtures, or areas of concern before service begins. The Customer agrees to inspect the property promptly after service and report any damage within 24 hours.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for reasons including but not limited to: unsafe conditions, biohazardous materials, hoarding conditions, pest infestations, harassment of staff, or conditions that fall outside the agreed scope of work. If service is terminated on-site, the Customer may be charged for time worked.
Photo & Video Permission The Company may take before-and-after photos or videos for quality control and marketing purposes. Photos will not include identifying personal information. If you do not consent to marketing use, please notify us in writing prior to service.
Force Majeure The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, illness, vehicle breakdown, or other emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services.
Indemnification The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kindred Cleaning LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Customer’s breach of these terms, misrepresentation of property conditions, or negligence.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Bastrop County, Texas, in accordance with Texas law.
Entire Agreement These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company. They may be updated at any time, with the current version posted at www.kindredcleanings.com/terms-and-conditions.
